Cultural competence makes a difference
The networking of internationally oriented companies leads to more intensive contacts and interactions between people from different cultural backgrounds. Such encounters are often delicate - not only because of the language barriers involved, but also due to different behavioural patterns, customs and values of the parties involved.
PPM supports you with their services to enhance the cultural competence of your employees. In a first step, we analyze the current situation within your company, focusing on intercultural characteristics and potential areas of conflicts. In a second step we will help your employees to become more aware of their own culture as well as to develop a deeper understanding for cultures they are less familiar with.
In addition, we will act as a consultant and sparring partner for your leadership team, Project Managers and Human Resources Managers and coach them individually with the aim that they achieve confidence and authenticity in interacting with people of different backgrounds and cultures.
